01 / THE STORY

A different path.
The same purpose.

Some careers follow a straight line.
Mine found a more interesting route.

I studied communications before medicine. Trained in emergency care. Earned a public health degree and worked internationally with the CDC. Then I found my way to television—and a place where all of those experiences belonged.

My mission is to use storytelling to help people become healthier, better informed, and more compassionate. And to open doors for other physicians and underrepresented voices to bring science and creativity together.
