WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit zoanneclack.com, use optional analytics, open interviews, or contact the website’s team.
Last updated October 27, 2026
Scope of this policy
This policy covers Zoanne Clack’s website at zoanneclack.com. Avanti Interactive supports website administration and is the contact for privacy and legal correspondence listed below.
The site currently provides professional information, interviews, and inquiry links. It does not offer visitor accounts, an online checkout, a patient portal, or an on-site booking form. Information submitted on another organization’s website is handled under that organization’s policy.
Information and how it is used
Website delivery. Our hosting and delivery provider, Vercel, processes technical requests needed to serve and protect the site. These can include IP addresses, requested URLs, request times, and browser or device information. See Vercel’s privacy policy for its practices.
Correspondence. If you use an email link and send a message, the recipient and email providers process your address and the contents you choose to send to respond and handle the inquiry. Please use general inquiries for professional correspondence rather than patient records or sensitive health information.
Optional analytics. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics receives usage information such as pages visited, navigation, interviews opened, speaking-link clicks, browser and device characteristics, and approximate location derived by Google. This helps us understand content interest and improve the site and its speaking inquiry paths.
What our analytics records
Our measurement records page views, marked link clicks, interview-dialog openings, expanded speaking topics or questions, and scroll depth. A click to CAA records interest in a speaking inquiry; it does not tell us whether you submitted CAA’s form or booked an engagement.
We do not intentionally send email addresses, message contents, or form fields to Google Analytics. Website event URLs omit arbitrary query strings and fragments. The first page view may retain selected campaign labels, such as the campaign source and medium, to understand how visitors found the site.
Google Signals, personalized advertising features, and advertising consent are disabled in this site’s setup. The Google account permits aggregated, de-identified contributions for modeling and business insights; this is separate from enabling advertising features. Google’s handling of analytics data is described in How Google uses data from sites and the Google Privacy Policy.
Interviews and external services
Interview players from YouTube, Instagram, and Omny are loaded when you open the relevant interview. Their providers receive connection information and may use cookies or other technologies under their own policies. This can happen even if you declined our optional analytics.
CAA Speakers handles speaking inquiries submitted on its website. Social profiles, original interview links, and other external destinations have their own privacy practices. Opening an email link also uses the email software and provider you choose. This policy does not control those separate services.
Who may handle information
Authorized website administrators and service providers may handle information for hosting, site maintenance, analytics, security, and responding to correspondence. Avanti Interactive assists with website and analytics administration. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or to address misuse or protect legal rights. There is no on-site advertising program or configured retargeting feature.
Retention and processing locations
Correspondence and operational records are kept as needed to handle the inquiry, operate and secure the website, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable obligations.
The current Google Analytics settings retain event-level data for two months and user-level data for fourteen months, with the user retention period reset by new activity. Aggregated reports can follow separate retention rules. Provider retention and browser cookie limits are not the same as the duration of your saved cookie preference.
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where the relevant providers operate. Their published policies describe their processing practices and safeguards.
Your privacy requests
Contact the legal address below with questions about information associated with your correspondence or website use. Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or limits on its use. We may need information to understand the request and verify that it concerns you.
Requests concerning information provided directly to CAA or another external service should also be directed to that organization. For this site’s analytics, you can withdraw your choice immediately through Analytics preferences without sending an email.
Children and policy changes
This professional website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a website-related inquiry, contact the legal address below.
We may update this policy as the site or its practices change. The current version and date will appear here. Related conditions for use of the site are in the Terms of Use.
